Ai Lin has extensive experience in teaching corrective exercise strategies, with almost 12 years of professional training in massage and bodywork. She is a Polestar certified Pilates instructor and has a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. She prefers to take a multifaceted approach to improve performance and health, and she applies these principles to her clients.

An avid marathon runner, Ai Lin is keen to share her knowledge of training and weight management with her clients and strongly believes that Pilates is a complementary tool in achieving those goals.

Anne has been an exercise enthusiast for many years attending various aerobics, step and toning classes to help offset the effects of working at a desk all day. In 2003 she started attending Pilates mat classes to help with her osteoporosis. Having seen a great improvement to her condition, she then went on to train privately at a studio in the US, eventually becoming a certified Pilates Instructor herself. Anne is keenly interested in helping clients who suffer from osteoporosis and expectant mothers on strengthening their core muscles in preparation for delivery.

Audrey's first brush with Pilates several years ago was as a client coping with back pain and scoliosis. Pilates proved to be such a life-altering experience for her that in 2002, she changed reins from the corporate world to become an instructor, in hopes of touching other lives through movement. Today, Audrey is the director and architect behind The Moving Body - a culmination of her decade of fitness, personal training and Pilates experience. She remains an ardent student and purveyor of Pilates who has been accredited by the Pilates Method Alliance, an organization dedicated to governing professionalism and educational standards of Pilates around the world.

While Audrey is passionate about providing the best care for her clients through Pilates and the GYROTONIC® method, she is equally invested in training other instructors to be proficient and effective teachers. Till this day, she travels extensively to learn from various master trainers to broaden her skill set and shares it with her fellow instructors.

Audrey is fully certified in the Polestar Pilates, Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methods. One of a few Gyrotonic Pre-trainers in Singapore , Audrey is qualified to help aspiring teachers begin their journey towards certification in the method. She takes a keen interest in working with elite athletes, teenagers and clients with scoliosis.

Jacqueline's affair with Pilates started innocently with a rehabilitation course she attended in 1999 in Hong Kong with the Physiotherapist Trainer for the course using Pilates techniques for her patients. The biomechanical strategies applied in the Pilates technique intrigued Jacqueline and it was then that Jacqueline decided to pursue her career in Pilates. The 11 years of experience she has garnered allows her to work with clientele with various needs. She brings the fun, challenge and variety into the athletic classes, the gentle flow into the beginner classes and the technicality and care for her rehabilitation clients.

As Fitness director of Pilates Inc, Jacqueline's goal is to bring fitness to everyone in an unintimidating fashion and also to be a provider of information relevant to Pilates and general fitness. She often contributes articles and has also served as fitness advisor for several fitness magazines. She is currently the fitness and nutrition advisor to BabyCenter Singapore and also an educator for Balanced Body instructor training programs.

Kelvin has been in the fitness industry since 1997 and loves how he is able to change people's lives through various fitness experiences. When he started Pilates in 2004, his intention was to apply it to his personal training sessions as he had heard how much emphasis there was on the core and also application of biomechanics in the Pilates exercises.Kelvin developed a great love for the practice from his very first course, spurring him to get full training qualifications with STOTT PILATES®.

Kelvin's brings his dynamic personality into his classes, and every class is energetic and interactive. With his experience in various fitness programs, his Pilates classes are like a melting pot of his repertoire.

Apart from teaching group exercise classes, Pilates and personal training, he is also a presenter and trainer for BODYCOMBAT & RPM under Les Mills Asia Pacific. Kelvin is also a program advisor and mentor in Fitness First Singapore's group exercise training department.

Lecia has 9 years of experience in the world of Pilates, both as a client and as a teacher. She suffered from constant lower back pain and scoliosis before it helped her develop better body awareness and improved posture. Lecia believes that understanding and experiencing good posture and movement patterns balances the physical and mental stresses of daily life and develops a sense of internal strength and power. After achieving Pilates certification from the PhysicalMind Institute and Polestar Pilates, Lecia has gone on to pursue a certification in the Gyrotonic exercise method.

Li Sann is a qualified and impassioned practitioner of physiotherapy and has a wealth of experience in movement dysfunction and muscular imbalance for neuro-musculoskeletal disorders. Using Pilates and the Gyrotonic method to compliment physiotherapy, Li-sann has met with great success in working with clients plagued with neck and back pain, as well as neuro-musculoskeletal disorders such as Parkinson's disease. Li-Sann also has great interest in manual therapy, patient self-help and workplace education.

Formerly an accomplished track and field athlete from Russia, Marina graduated with honors in Physical Education and Coaching from The University of Physical Culture of Khabarovsk. She has more than 20 years of experience teaching group classes and personal training. Before moving to Singapore, Marina founded a successful chain of fitness clubs in Russia that have been running for the past 18 years. A STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor, Marina has travelled widely to receive training in Canada, USA and Singapore; she finds great satisfaction in prescribing the right Pilates program to address the individual needs of her clients.

With 13 years of physiotherapy experience around the world, Rabia Shah has treated a wide range of people from elite athletes to post-natal women and post-operative patients, allowing her to develop her assessment and treatment skills. She did her Physiotherapy training at Sheffield Hallam University, England and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Osteoporosis, Falls Management and Bone Health from Derby University, England. After graduation, Rabia worked in a hospital in central London before moving on to private practices and hospitals around the world including Asia, Africa and South America.

She specialises in women's health as well as pre and post-natal Pilates because she finds it inspiring to help mothers nurture their bodies back to optimum state. Rabia believes that Pilates is particularly helpful in rehabilitation because it helps to activate core muscles and stabilise spinal and other joints in the body, which consequently reduces pain and stiffness. She finds physiotherapy and Pilates complementary as both use physical approaches to promote, maintain and heal while taking into account varying health and fitness levels.

Rabia also has a Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation certification and also has a special interest in neck and shoulder injuries.

Sarah brings diverse international experience to the Moving Body having worked in Australia , the United Kingdom and the United States as a Physiotherapist over the past decade. She graduated at the University of Queensland in Australia and has a dynamic, personalized approach to physiotherapy which incorporates both Pilates and GYROTONIC®. Sarah treats all sports related problems and does have a sub-specialisation in pelvic girdle pain and Pelvic floor physiotherapy. Sarah recognized the therapeutic benefits of integrating GYROTONIC® into rehabilitation while working in New York and continues this at The Moving Body. Sarah believes in empowering her clients to achieve holistic health and wellbeing through an integrated approach of manual therapy, motor retraining, and education and in facilitating their own experience of movement.

Starting off as a client, Sarah started Pilates as a compliment to her triathlon training, which often left her with muscle tightness and injuries. Sarah recognised that Pilates was different from other fitness methods she had tried, and was determined to learn more. With a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science under her belt, Sarah endeavours to teach athletes how to improve their sport through Pilates. Sarah has been teaching since 2007 and is fully certified in the Polestar Pilates method for Matwork, Reformer and Studio equipment. She enjoys teaching clients from all spectrums of life from prenatal mothers to competitive Ironman athletes. Sarah loves the rhythmic motion of Gyrotonic and is keen to master teaching the method to complement her knowledge of movement therapy.
